I'm Lauren McKiver, the HR professional behind The Ardent Group. In 2007 while serving in Iraq I was introduced to Recruitment. Since then, it's been a true passion to help others succeed and find a career that fits. Over the years I have gained great knowledge and experience and it's my mission to pass it on through The Ardent Group.
As an in-demand Consultant, I’m committed to two main principles: providing the highest level of service I can, and ensuring that my prices remain competitive and affordable. This focus is the reason why my clients return and have no issue recommending me to others.
